Member Referral Program
Tell your neighbours! Successfully refer a new member to EQUS and you could be rewarded with a $250 referral bonus; it’s our way of saying thank-you for helping grow Canada’s largest member-owned utility.

Frequently Asked Questions
Bonuses will be paid out by $250 bill credit for existing EQUS members, or $250 Co-op gift card for non-members.
The Referral Program is open to current EQUS members and non-members. The following individuals are not eligible to participate or receive referral bonuses under the Referral Program:
- Immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, etc.) of the Referrer or Referred Member.
- Extended family members (siblings, grandparents, in-laws, etc.) of the Referrer or Referred Member.
- EQUS employees and members of the EQUS Board of Directors.
Referrers can only earn one referral bonus in any given calendar year, regardless of the number of successful referrals.
