Lauren’s leadership extends across a dedicated team of 120 staff members working Area Offices across the province including Onoway, Innisfail, Penhold, Claresholm, and Medicine Hat. Her focus on fostering a collaborative environment ensures that all staff are aligned with EQUS’ core values of quality, accountability, knowledge, and community. Lauren’s passion for the co-operative model and her dedication to the communities we serve have made her an invaluable leader within the organization.

Previously, Lauren served as the Vice President of Business Services, where she played a pivotal role in the strategic growth and success of Canada’s largest member-owned utility. This work allowed her to build strong relationships with stakeholders, optimize internal processes, and contribute to the continued sustainability of EQUS.

Lauren holds a Master’s Degree from Royal Roads University. She prides herself in continuously striving to integrate best practices and innovative solutions into EQUS’ day-to-day business. Lauren’s experience and commitment to our co-operative positions her to effectively lead EQUS into its next phase of growth and continued success.
