EQUS is here to support our members during the national postal strike.
During the postal disruption, EQUS cannot send any communication by mail. This includes member bills and notices.
Payments are still required on the specified due date, and late penalties may apply.
How to manage your EQUS bill:
- The best way for members to receive their billing information on time is to sign up for e-billing at EQUS.ca/E-Billing/. Members can log in and manage their MYEQUS account at anytime by visiting EQUS.ca/members.
- If you’d like to pay your electricity bill over the phone via credit card, please call 310.EQUS. From Monday to Friday, our Member Service Representatives are here to assist you between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. over the phone, or in person at any of our Area Offices.
