These meetings provide a valuable opportunity for members to engage with the EQUS Board of Directors, CEO, leadership team, and fellow members. It’s your chance to reflect on the past year and help shape the future of our co-operative.
This year’s AGM theme, “Knowledge is Power: Empowering Members with Transparency, Trust, and Insight,” emphasizes our commitment to keeping our members informed, heard, and empowered in every decision we make. We believe that a well-informed membership is the cornerstone of a strong and successful co-operative.
We’re also offering a Billing and Rate Information Session prior to the AGM. This session is designed to provide members with valuable insights into our billing processes, rate structures, and how we continue to work toward providing affordable, reliable power. It’s an excellent opportunity to get answers to any billing-related questions you may have before the meeting begins.

The 4:30 p.m. Billing & Rate Information Session is the place to ask all of your power bill related questions, ahead of the official meeting.
This session was created in response to member feedback. We ask that members bring these personal and sometimes complex matters to our team directly during the Billing & Rate Information Session. It’s important that we respect everyone’s time during the meeting.Â
